As a personal trainer, I strive to put the “personal” back into personal training. I am not a cheap bootcamp instructor seeking to punish and injure you. I focus my attention on you as an individual to help you achieve your specific goals.
The programs and workouts I design are not ordinary. They involve minimal equipment, they are tough and they are fun. The workouts may include circuit training, body weight training, high intensity intervals, use of kettlebells, resistance bands and utilising what is available such as trees, stairs or the park bench. You will get fitter, you will get stronger and you will have a great time doing it! If you’ve got a friend who wants to train too, why not both get together for a super Wild Fitness session!

Today’s lifestyle means most people move less and eat more convenience foods. It’s easy to fall into these habits and it’s also possible to break these habits. Think about what it would feel like to have the energy to play with your kids more, walk up the stairs without being out of breath, or to fit into your favourite jeans again.
I specialise in metabolic conditioning. The efficiency of your workout is increased so you maximise the time you have to burn more calories. I can also give you the nutritional advice you need and you can start feeling good again.

Personal Training for Musicians

As a musician myself, I have experienced the pain and exhaustion that can result from extended periods in the practice room. I experimented in uni by doing 100 sit ups a day to improve my “support” then wondered why it didn’t work.

There are no contracts or hidden costs. Payment is required upfront for 4 sessions to guarantee your timeslot. Details are outlined in the payment and cancellation policy.
45 minutes weekly is $53 and multiple times per week it drops to $45 per session. 30 minute sessions are $36.
If you want training for group of 2 or 3, just ask me for the cost.

9/9/11 Peak times of early mornings and evenings are currently full. Limited timeslots are available during business hours. I strongly recommend Bootcamp or Kettlebell Training in Fairfield in the mornings as these are seriously GREAT workouts. Recent studies are now showing that quality group training is MORE effective than training on your own.
