Based in Melbourne’s north eastern suburbs, I offer outdoor and in home personal training. As a client, you choose to work out in a local park or in the privacy of your own home. If you’ve got a friend who wants to train too, why not both get together for a super Wild Fitness session!

Wild Fitness workouts are not ordinary workouts. They involve minimal equipment, they are tough, they are fun and they will help you achieve your goals! The workouts include circuit training, body weight training, high intensity intervals, use of kettlebells, resistance bands and utilising what is available such as trees, stairs and the park bench! You will get fitter, you will get stronger and you will have a great time doing it!

Personal Training for Musicians

As a musician myself, I have experienced the pain and exhaustion that can result from extended periods in the practice room. I experimented in uni by doing 50 sit ups a day to improve my “support” then wondered why it didn’t work.

Bookings

I don’t like to lock people into paying for 15 or 20 sessions upfront. I don’t want to force anyone into 1 hr sessions if you only have time for 45 minutes. All training is pay-as-you-go. Wild Fitness prices are competitive. Because I am flexible, the structure is a little complicated to outline here. Of course, it works out cheaper per hour if you have more frequent sessions.
