Outdoor training is my favourite! Living in Melbourne’s north eastern suburbs, I have found that our local parks are an ideal environment for exercise. Nothing boosts energy levels in a workout than fresh air and sunshine.
In-home training is also an option if you prefer to train in the privacy of your own home. If you already own any fitness equipment, we can utilise that and get the most out of it.
