Outdoor
Outdoor training is great fun and there are so many parks around here to use. I like to utilise the environment so if there are park benches, stairs, hills, trees or monkey bars they just add to the variety. The environment is also invigorating – Being out in the fresh air in the company of birds or even kangaroos puts you in a good state of mind so you can give your best and feel great about it.
You will need to bring some water, sunscreen or cap if required and you may like to bring a towel.
