In home personal training
Most of my clients prefer personal training at home. This is the perfect option to train in the comfort and privacy of your own home. If you already own any fitness equipment we can utilise that, as well as what I bring. It does not matter if you have a small space or no backyard. There is always a way to create a successful workout.
Outdoor personal training
It is great fun training outdoors and there are so many parks around here to use. I like to utilise the environment so if there are park benches, stairs or monkey bars they just add to the variety. The environment is also invigorating – Nothing boosts energy levels like fresh air and sunshine. You will need to bring some water, a towel and sunscreen or cap if required.

Online personal training
This is ideal for shift workers, those of you not living locally, or if you just need a program to do on your own. We’ll work out what you want to achieve and I’ll provide you an exercise program to suit your lifestyle that you can use in your current gym, at home with your own equipment, or with no equipment if you don’t have access to any.
Because I wont be working with you in person, it is most important to have clear communication. With online training I am accessible by email and phone for all your questions and all the support you need.
