Thanks so much for the fantastic training session last week! With just a few of the changes you suggested I feel like my running has improved hugely already. I tried your techniques out going for my jog on the weekend, and with just those few changes you taught me I now seem to be able to run much further and with less fatigue than before. It’s pretty amazing for someone who has never been any good at running! I also tried to explain what you’d told me to a jogging friend (although it was only the very basics) and she found that it had the same effect on her running.
I’m really looking forward to my next session with you to consolidate what I learned last time and get my technique even better. My friend is also interested in having a session too!

29, Brunswick EastI love the training sessions in the park setting. It’s much more interesting and motivating than a gym, with fresh air, trees, the funny things dog would do when I was working out. Not only a personal trainer, you are like a friend in the sessions and motivate people to get the best out of themselves, and strive harder, longer, and do lots of sit ups! The technique you taught me of breathing in before you do the sit up has helped strengthen my stomach muscles, and taken them to a place where they’ve never been before. I’m looking forward to recommencing sessions with you in the new year, it’s been a heap of fun so far.

Just wanted to say thanks for the great group fitness session that you ran for myself and my friends the other day.
It was so fantastic to run outdoors and do things and run places that I never would have done otherwise!
Up until then I had only run around 4km at max, and to find out at the end that we’d run 10km, including super steep hills and across rivers, was awesome

Thanks for all the help and motivation you have given me to increase my fitness. When I have a session with you I always push myself harder then exercising alone. It has been useful and ENJOYABLE to learn more about running technique in an encouraging environment. I definitely think less about the pain when I’m distracted by kangaroos!
I would have never entered to 5km event in the Melbourne Marathon without your encouragement – next time I’m doing the 10km. Look forward to our next session.
