I now operate out of Melbourne’s best gym – Definition – 352 Blackburn Rd, Doncaster East. This is a friendly gym full of like minded people who are also focused on bettering themselves.
I have always been against regular gyms because they simply do not have the right equipment or atmosphere for really putting in effort and doing well.
Unlike regular gyms, Definition does not have useless equipment and time wasting sales staff ready to pounce on you. It has only the best equipment that other gyms don’t have. I am not an employee there. I work for myself, and choose to work from this gym because I train there myself and it is simply the best. I am available here most mornings and afternoons Mon-Fri. In Home & Outdoor Personal Training
Having your personal trainer come to you makes exercise easy for you! This is the perfect option to train in the comfort and privacy of your own home. If you already own any fitness equipment we can utilise that, as well as what I bring. It does not matter if you have a small space or no backyard. There is always a way to create a successful workout to suit your goals.
If we’re in a park, the environment is invigorating – Nothing boosts energy levels like fresh air and sunshine! You will need to bring some water, a towel and sunscreen or cap if required.

This is ideal for shift workers, busy parents, frequent travellers, those of you not living locally, as a cheaper alternative to face-to-face training, or if you simply prefer coaching by email. We’ll work out what you want to achieve and I’ll provide you an exercise program to suit your lifestyle that you can use in your current gym, at home with your own equipment, or with no equipment if you don’t have access to any.
Because I wont be working with you in person, it is most important to have clear communication. With online training I am accessible by email and phone for all your questions and all the support you need. We can also arrange video coaching, Skype calls and anything else you need for support.
If you want a program to work on by yourself without the extra email support of the online personal training, then this is for you. $20 gets you a program that will usually last around 6-8 weeks on your area of focus. If you want to improve your strength, get some fat burning workouts or need a running plan then this can be done utilising your own bodyweight, your own equipment, or your gym, and takes into consideration your lifestyle and time constraints.
