Traditional gyms are puzzling. I simply do not understand why you would watch TV from the exercise bike when you could strap on a helmet and take yourself out on an adventure. I do not understand why all the guys socialise around the barbells looking at their biceps and the girls kick back on the recumbent bikes to read a magazine. And I am certainly not into pushy staff and their sales pitches.
I’m a little unconventional, perhaps a bit wild. Having studied at tertiary level as a classically trained musician I have discovered a passion as a professional fitness fanatic. I run ultra marathons for fun and enjoy testing my strength to see just how far I can push myself.
I am about pushing the limits.
I like to leave my comfort zone and test my abilities to go that bit further.
I have come to realise that nothing is impossible and I want to share my passion for this with others.
